This DriftShop exhaust system for BMW E46 can be fitted directly on all models with M54 engine code : 320i, 325i & 330i from 2000 to 2006. It can also be installed on M52 models (320i, 323i, 325i, 328i from 1998 to 2000) if the car is fitted with an M54 manifold. The difference lies in the flanges between the outlet of the exhaust manifold and the start of our exhaust system : on M52, the flanges are oriented "North-West / South-East", against "South-West / North-East" on M54 (when viewed from below, back to front - see photos).

The DriftShop exhaust system uses the "South-West / North-East" orientation of the M54 for wider compatibility. Given that many vehicles of this generation have been modified during their lifetime, often without the knowledge of their current owner, it is difficult to ensure traceability of E46 models. Thus, we advise you to systematically check the orientation of the flanges on your vehicle before placing your order.
