Turbosmart Gen V External Wastegate Specifications

The Turbosmart CompGate40 Gen-V is an excellent value for money external wastegate with a 40 mm valve for V-band installations. Lighter and more compact than the previous generation, this product nevertheless offers a higher flow rate for optimal regulation and reliability. To date, it is the most efficient external wastegate on the market in its price category.

This wastegate offers great modularity and has an actuator that is interchangeable with other references from the Turbosmart range in order to suit all your needs. This actuator is 360° adjustable and equipped with a cover that can also be rotated in 12 positions, which makes this product very easy to install, even in areas where space is limited.

With excellent thermal performance, the wastegate also stands out thanks to its specific locking ring allowing an easy and quick change of spring. Its Nomex silicone diaphragm for linear travel ensures an excellent response. The HyperGate45 also incorporates holes dedicated to optional water cooling.

This product is available in black, blue, red or purple and is optionally equipped with a 7 psi (0.5 bar) or 14 psi (1 bar) spring. Its actuator allows for different combinations of spring calibrations (up to 3 housings: interior, intermediate and exterior) depending on the desired pressure. The wastegate is supplied with an assortment of springs: black 3 psi (0.2 bar), gray 5 psi (0.3 bar), pink 7 psi (0.5 bar) and red 14 psi (1 bar).
